For as long as I can remember, I have always loved a beautiful table setting. As a child I loved candles, flowers and linens set on a table, no matter what the occasion or meal. My mom loved entertaining our family members, and I was the one who always helped her.

My love and passion for event designing grew even more as an adult. I had the honor and privilege of working for a wonderful event designing company in Upstate New York.

After moving back to the Chicago area, I decided to start my own event designing business, Greathouse Design. I specialize in elegant and intimate events for groups up to 30 people, with holiday celebrations being my personal favorite.

Everyone enjoys attending a beautifully executed event; however, some find it difficult putting one together. That’s where Greathouse Design is happy to help you with your special event.
